is park and loop working anywhere, we have been doing it for 12 weeks now and its not working,bags left in office for spares to do,oversized packets coming back everyday,loads of overtime booked everyday.

coming back most days at our office and thats just one section, the other 2 ain't started yet, god help them when it comes in. total balls up if you ask me. someone should be made to pay for all this garbage.

its getting so bad in our office with bullying from DOM's since P/L started.
It was never like it before , you can see the stress on their faces.
Some of the things they come out with are statements from desparate men.
Bullying part timers to come in early to get their rounds readybefore their start time
How they expect you to be out the door by 9am when you have only come off the inward sorting at 8am is laughable, the DOM's dont mention meal relief anymore or van checks or weighing bags or people doing docket before finishing time

me and my park and loop mate only get his walk done and 1 bag off mine so basically,royal mail are now paying two wages and the cost of a van to do 1 walk, well done royal mail ,the bullying has started ,but they wont come out with us on delivery ,

Park n Fail has finally arrived and it's an utter mess. Guys doing it on the walks that have changed to P&L are cutting off or claiming everyday since it started, DOM reckons they are just slow and need to walk faster lol. One pair have had their big packets taken off them because (which defeats the object of P&L doesn't it? )......wait for it you'll love this....they couldn't fit all the pouches, packet, tracked items and Specials in the little van

the planners should give it ago they created the monster, let them see if they can complete after 6 days, roll on xmas will all the packets, bad when duties are on bikes a nightmare will park and loop.

seven years in job still part time just lost my duty due 2 my duty made driving duty got 2 cover 5 duties never done before xmas cmn up what chance do i have depressed or not

A total waste of time and money ...Bring back mini buses and postman on foot doing their own round .
