start times getting later

i am in a small office and our start times have been getting shifted about like crazy this past year
its now
mon- 7.15
tue -7.30
wed 6.45
thur 6.30
fri 6.45
sat 6.45

all duties finish at 3pm (2.40 pm +20 mins meal relief) and over a 6 week rotation this is meant to equal itself out so you are only working 40 hr per week

now they want to shift the town walks to half an hour later and the rural walks to 1 hour later starting times
so a town delivery would finish about 3.30 and a rural 4.30 -(this is on perfect days with no OT)
we have been on park and loop for over a year now and it works for us now we have wrinkled out all the problems(this took a year of arguing )
we are out on delivery for about 4.15 minimum every day in the town

has anyone else had an experience like this

If those are your start times and your finish time is 3pm and you are still on a 40-hour week then you are being conned into working, on average, 25 minutes per week for nothing. I think you should go see your rep

over the 6 week rotation its meant to average itself out with the different days off - i have my own problem in that im holiday cover and my day off is whatever that duties day off is that week - so for 3 weeks in a row i could be off on a tuesday (the shortest day ) and might not get a saturday for a couple of months

Only if a walk sequencing revision has taken place as well,

Walk Sequencing only started being rolled out in my area last month, so some offices allready have P and L.

my office start times are mon-tues 0720 ,wed-thurs -fri-sat 0700,for full time and when ever they like for p-timers who r often in b4 f/t staff even tho there time to start r about 0800 ,som r even bagged up and ready to go b4 ive done mech mail pmsl,
