our linos and dom says it dont so we cant ask for any improvements to office etc.
rumour has it mgmt use the cash towards office savings boosting their bonuses.
can we as ask for this cash for instance new tv sorry one that works cutlery plates kettles cooking equip cos once revision comes in were all taking full breaks before deliv may even ask for pool table gym equip darts playstations the lot

we got a pool table and dart board -before the red showerproof jackets appeared we bought a job lot of them from millets --
we asked if we still got the money -didnt really get an answer -this was about the time a new kettle a toaster a coffee machine all appeared in the managers office

First Line Fix is set to remain in the new financial year and although
there will be some accounting changes to accommodate the new regional
structure - units should receive their allocation as before.
We are always seeking to review and refine our programme and we will
discuss potential developments in due course with the new Chairman in order
to ensure the budget is used in a way that reflects the needs of our people
whilst continuing to support business priorities. If in the interim you can
let me have details of units where there is a misunderstanding about the
continuation of FLF I will follow this up with the management teams
concerned.

i know it was years ago but just think of false accounting by mgmt if they have been using flf monies for savings we heard if you didn,t use it it went into pot nationally.
our concerns is after xmas revisions coming in 2 to a van et all but we are going to insist on rec breaks and proper meal breaks just like we used to before sdd .remember those breaks our time guys sdd was brought in to encourage early finish that was what swung that agreement vote now they dont want you finished until stop time proper so we will reintroduce PROPER meal breaks not their 20 / 20 pish
and to accomodate proper breaks we want proper and legal welfare facilities end of.......
