van share starts monday

well my van share starts Monday only taken them over a year to plan it even the planer says some walk to big.

we have been going in staggered so we are the last post code to go in at the office the other post codes been in over 6 weeks and still falling or booking loads a over time can see next week been fun.

all i can say is unlucky........the bullying to complete will start if it already hasn't........calls that your not up to the job.........heavier bags as the trollies your supposed to used cant be used in most cases......the list goes on but i havent got all night.......as you can tell i love my job

we didnt vote just got told this is how its going to be then got told you're under performing when unable to complete. things not too bad now had some calls taken off but they're slowly adding more indoor work to some people while some skivers get away with murder.

In my DO even posties look down at others working to their time. You could not make it up.

no the skivers come in early then when its time for ips disappear to toilet, canteen anywhere than where they should be

We have had van shares in our office for a long tim( 2 years i think). I do a country delivery,but the post people on these van shares say they are far too BIG[. If you mention working to your time here to management,all they say is flexability. We have a 10min rule for all the early starters,but they turn a blind eye to all there favourites. All the people who voted yes at the last ballet,just saw the carrot dangled in front of them. The carrot we are still waiting for.

Failed 2 days so far bags taken back. Got old van that's like a tip and stinks to some got hire vans down to we don't have enough vans

When we get this s**t sorted in the office i run from there will be a vote!We have all the vote papers printed with envelopes ready,we have even done them with a security print so that you cant copy them,that's how serious we are in our place,we have been shafted to many times before and we are not going down this time without a fight,as for flexing if you want to work your time and no more then do so,they might make your life awkward but i would suggest that you ring the help line because that will set the cat amongst the pigeons,we have done that down here because we have already had problems under the last 30 odd revamps, i have lost count how many times they have started on members of staff they go for the weaker people 1st but it is up to us more robust staff to start the ball running your soon have managers running the other way.
