They normally quote a "Break in Service" as the reason for losing Seniority. To be honest it doesn't really make much difference to you nowadays. You're still likely to be pushed to one side or ignored, regardless of your Seniority. It seems it depends more on whether or not the manager likes you! :no no Favouritism seems to be the flavour of the day! :no no

yes but without seniority i can't get full time duty, in my office they put some full time vacancies but i did not got them because my seniority is low if they count my seniority from 2006 i would get job for 100% .

Were you in the CWU before? Perhaps sign up again and ask the Rep to get involved. Are these vacancies still available? If they are I can't see why they wouldn't let you apply for them, whatever seniority you have! :hmmmm I presume there's a couple of more senior people going for the job as well. Well good Luck.

Not really called for mate and not really in the spirit of RMC.

Perhaps a review of your own posts may also bring to light some Grammatical and Spelling errors. (No that's not an invite for others)
