My own personal view is this, we have had the most stupid senior managers it has ever been my misfortune to labour under.
So, don't hold your breath, as I cannot see any change for the better any time soon.

They wont admit it's a failure. They'd just say, we didn't wont it to work, or as our managers have said, "we(the staff) are not wanting it to work as we don't like change. The fact is, when it's a change in providing a worse service to the public, longer and heavier deliveries then nope, I don't like that change.

Or as last week, a manager said, "Come on you lot, you've gotta go the extra mile." Like fook, we work our nuts off so the managers get a fooking bonus, and we get shafted! No chance. When they pay me the colleague shares, and delivery methods money, I may look to be interested, but to be fair, they've s**t it!

They have fooked the service, let them dig it out!

The service has worked due to the goodwill of the workforce not through the skills of managers .Withdraw the goodwill and the service falls apart.

they wont, and nothing will be done, it all went downhill when dsa came it, thats when the cost cutting really began.
Delivery offices will have loads of missorts over christmas due to casuals being employed at the mail centre.
Its supposed to fail, thats the objective.

Sick leave is up through the roof and morale at rock bottom.Says it all really.

I read somewhere that Moya Greene wants to see Royal Mail featured in the top 100 companies to work for.......sorry ...not in my lifetime sweetheart.

Working conditions have deteriorated badly.
Management appear to have all flown in from cloud Cuckoo land.
There isn't an ounce of respect shown by management to the workers.

A great company to work for, it most certainly isn't anymore
And if working conditions continue to plummet, it never will be again, either.
