no surprises there but now it gets interesting
from now on wtl sessions could all be about revision planning .
we dont need hct or light weight trolley
we dont need 2 people to a van or sharing
we dont need to do what nationally everyone else is
our only concern is later sats

what about weight off shoulder
what about smaller loops reduce fatigue etc

the answer was WE can look at things for ourselves
now what i think is they only want to introduce longer deliv spans with bags over shoulder to save time disregarding health and safety and move start times .increase workload with prep
ie prep 4-5 duties before walking no proper meal breaks etc .
