Going Sick...

Hi, I'm on a fixed term 3 month contract of 25 hours. It's just been renewed. I was just wondering what the sick and disaplinary stages policy is with regards to these contract. I'm coming into my 4th month with royal mail. tho ive had 2 sick days. just worried i mite be put thru some disaplinary stage.

Unsure as to the contract you're on but i wouldnt have thought they'd treat you differently from anyone else so..
stage 1 - 3 periods or more than 10 days of abscence in 12 months. Someone will no doubt correct me if i am way off.

i thought there mite be a 6 month trial period, tho its hard to have that if im only on 3 months at a time. i read somewhere its like 2 absences in 6 months is a stage 1?
