management SERIOUSLY NEED TO UNDERSTAND the modernization fiasco plan that these idiots at the top brought in from the 2010 AGREEMENT is NOT,,, NOT ,,, NOT,,,, NOT,,,, WORKING......... i cannot believe these people in authority have the brain function of a RETARD,,, ..... its just beyond belief............. AND they get bonuses for failure......... what is this world coming to......... i really don't know ,,,,its just PATHETIC.... end of..

glad someone knows whats going on in royal mail, someone high up should stop all this now, the public don't know whats really going on, mail being taken back everyday at our office, people could be waiting for things to arrive and jack sh..t is being done.

It's the future..working or not.
No-one on either side can back away from this.
Too much money spent and too many reputations on the line.
It will be watered down and adapted until it works but it won't be scrapped...unless the majority of the Royal Mail board are scrapped with it.

ft it may be the future, but surely mail being left in ain't rite, managment at our office have told us its not working but say their being pushed from managment up above to do the dam thing

No one on either side can back away from this? so the union accept that its not working and their members are struggling but wont do anything about it? I thought I was paying my union subs for the union to help me and fellow workers out I guess this means they'll do what they can as long as they come out looking good.
The worrying thing is I belive what fishtank is saying both the union and royal mail realise this shambles isnt working but they dont have to work under the conditions we do so they dont care. Sorry to say it's a case of screw you lot we're ok.

Mail will certainly be hid up, when the auditor is due to make a visit, you wont see any deads in the office, they would have vanished

I don't think that in the last 10 years I have seen a "planned agreement" carried out to its logical completion where a true evaluation could be carried out as to the value of the changes before plunging headlong into the next ill judged plan to modernise. I believe that one of the problems has been the recruitment of senior staff who have no experience of, interest in or long term commitment to Royal Mail.

it ain't deads in our office, this is live mail that should be going out. oh! its goes out next morning when a postman/acting lino takes it at 7am oh and yes he able to use a pouch ( not a trolley) which their supposed to have, its all a shambles if you ask me.
