Special Deliveries

We have P&l in our office and as from next week we will have to do our own specials,changing our route to accomadate to ensure we get them
done before 1pm.Is this the same in every office?Previously we were having trouble getting them out on time which is why they were done by
a driver.

We were told to deliver ALL specials first, then start your delivery, so it's easy, if you don't want to go over, or they wont pay excess then cut off.
If they moan, just ask them which specials they want you to fail so that you can complete your delivery, this usually results in some huffing and puffing, and a "do your best" or even better the lino will deliver a couple for you, or get someone else to do it.

Only HCT walkers are allowed to offload Specials; Rural Drivers & P&L'ers are told to break off to ensure pre 1pm delivery. 9 o'clockers are dealt with seperately.
