Not strictly correct,you can receive walk sequenced mail,yet get none of the benefits(shorter week/bonus)

For most people the introduction of walk sequenced mail will mean later starts as the mail arrives later in the DO.
Why would you agree to later starts ( and later Saturdays) without any of the benefits?

When you start to receive WS it will,in theory at least leave a large hole in your indoor work.
If you don't have a proper revision you will be lapsing half the office.
Your office has particular problems with limited delivery spans.
I think you and the DOM may be the only full-timers left and he's only full-time on paper.

Spot on Fishtank,we have had W/S letters for nearly twelve months,yet still no revision,and the only thing that has increased has been the lapsing,initially the unions stance was to try and protect the indoor element by only agreeing to lapse if time permitted within your 4 hours(outdoor element)
But W/S has left a big hole in the indoor workload,and what can the union argue? you can't sit doing nothing indoors,it's a scenario that can only get worse as the percentage of W/S mail increases.
