Ok here goes. The Courier potrays a very rosey picture of how wonderful Royal Mail is and how wonderful they are to work for. It potrays a picture of a happy workplace where you are treated with respect and are given recognition for your efforts. A place where you can make mistakes because after all we're only human. A place where everyone pulls together and is happy to go into work every day with a spring in their step. The manager's do not treat you like a piece of dog turd on the bottom of their shoes and always pat you on the back for helping them out when they need a favour.
In reality I'm convinced that the hierarchy within Royal Mail really believe this. Well time for a wake up call. Royal Mail managers at all levels up and down this country are involved in the biggest widespread cover up of Bullying and Harassment there has ever been. I'm not sure if the hierarchy are very nieve or are just turning a blind eye to this behaviour but I can assure you that it is getting worse and it's going to come to a head shortly. I cannot understand how a government owned business can be allowed to treat human beings like this and are not held accountable for their actions. The entire system of complaint is to be very honest.........laughable. When is Moya Greene and her fellow directors going to start listening to the real people of this company and stop brushing manager behaviour under the carpet?

The courier is a joke, I'd love to see one of these perfect offices, with harmonious music playing, letters flying into fittings at a rate of 150 a minute, and managers and employees dancing merrily hand in hand.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
Every month i look forward to getting the courier, its a joy to read. I'm a believer that all the stories are true. Maybe the courier should be weekly!!!!
