1 in 6 shift
Just got told this morning that I am no longer on the 1 in 6 shift. I have been on this shift for 2 and half years since I started. They said part timers in our office can no longer be on this shift as there are not enough of us to justify it. Totally not fair as I arrange my hoidays around these weeks. Oh well I suppose the managers can do what they like eh!!??

With the new park and loop stuff and new super sized rounds they just ended it for all part timers. No reasoning. Just came to my frame and told me.

Unless their has been a noticeable reduction in the number of part-timers their justification is bogus.
Ask for the reasons for ending the scheme in writing and send it off to your Area Rep asking for clarification.
