Want to know how to tackle lost mail problems?

Give each of your employees a note book which has there name, employee number and also a nice little box that they sign to say

The letter has now been sent out from the processing centre which they stick onto each letter

The postman has posted mail into the door or left it with your neighbours. Of course both the postman and neighbours sign the sticker.

That way if mail doesnt get delivered or lost and some neighbour tries to steal your mail if will go back to someone who has responsiblity.

Lost mail and deliverys will drop 80% doing this. And heres the best part this can be done for practicly nothing chump change.

That's not saving money - this is saving money. Sort the mail into bags and then pass the bags out to the closest house nearest the DO. They take their mail, sign a little book if they must, and pass the bag to their neighbor. The neighbor then takes their mail, signs the book, pass the bag next door and so on. It's so simple it must work, and will save money like no bodies business. I am a genius.

Everybody should get a P739 delivered and if they are expecting a packet but are out that day they can fill it out and go and collect it.
