From week 37 No Money

i finished service with RM last week after a 5 year stint

we have been having the "we are skint" routine in our DO for the last 2 or 3 years.

its normaly followed up with more collapsed duties, hours struck off OT sheet and lower morale within the office.

With managers seem to be doing postmans work a lot it probably won't be long before the "team leader" idea resurfaces, rm make's 'em team leaders then their pay drops down to postmans rate + whatever that leadership supplement was worth and no extra bonuses for them
