Bob Gibson and myself met with you and ### ####### at ######## ##### onJuly 25th During that meeting we spoke about the need to improve the way revisions are deployed, learning more from the successful areas and you mentioned some early ideas about better support for offices during revision activity.I have become aware in last few days of an initiative which seems to be based around this. I have attached the slides which seem to accompany the process.Whilst we have had no prior sight of this documentation (much less any input) the situation is being made worse when managers are telling our representatives that ### has taken Bob Gibson through this." This is not the first occasion when managers have been quoted as saying "Bob Gibson has agreed this or Bob Gibson has been involved in that" when it has not been the case. To be blunt we do not take kindly to being misrepresented amongst our representatives in the field. Clearly, if the initial ideas you shared with us have moved beyond that and are beginning to manifest themselves into processes and documentation, then there is a need for us to meet again and work that through.I know you were keen for a further meeting in early September and we are awaiting dates for this.In the meantime, I will have to report to the Delivery Reference Group that this process is not agreed, the National Agreement holds the field and that anyone suggesting that Bob has "been taken through this" is not reporting the situation accurately. To that end I have copied the DRG in on this email.

what clown could possibly agree to things like this we will end up like battery hens
maybe they should just cage us into our frames as well
bob gibson agrees to crap like that he should walk and its us who should be in control of our terms and conditions not hq
why dont we a vote on it maybe a phone consultation
stop keeping members in the dark again
