When did the revision start?
Can anyone please tell me when the revision actually started, my partner put in for a transfer end of September 2010 and is still waiting, did the revision start before this time or after, thanks, Rachael.

A revision is when various duties are changed for any reason. There are various aspects to a revision including planning, agreement, implementation and review.
However, in your case I would think that the stage you are asking about is implementation and that's when the first duties are changed.
