Can someone point me to a download/info about DAS? Apparently we could lose ours when we move office so there are alot of unhappy people at work.

I'm always confused with this,is it your PBS,cause they can't take that away,now is PBS the same as DAS.

No DAS is something to do with recruitment in the area. We will be moving out of postcode ZX1 to ZX2, 3 miles from the current office but they are saying because its in a different postcode and recruitment will be easier we won't be entitled to it. Surely most offices should qualify for what we used to call "Difficult Recruiting Allowance". Judging from this site most offices are short handed...but I suppose that's more to do with RM not wanting to recruit than actually not having anyone that wants the job. :hmmmmI
Imagine having a Union that would aggressively pursue it's members rights to such an allowance...and insisting it's members got it if it was proved Management were deliberately not recruiting?
