whats happened to managers redundancy

Any ideas when Our DOMS and linos are expected to join the dole queue with their inflated EVR checks?

One of mine goes in two weeks...another in December/January.
As i predicted it's the two half-decent managers that are going.
This company is heading for the rocks big time.

We have no DOM at moment just an acting one who is insecure, his mate and a temp one who can't pass assement. Rumor Dom Back at Christmas but he dosent want to come back. Left with three usless bullys who won't work with CWU as they have issues with them.
Was hoping all three would off gone.

None are going in my office unfortunately......they reckon they are understaffed, we've 7 LM's and a DOM for 145 staff. Just seen the plans for our new office and only 5 desks for LM's.......wonder if they've worked it out that 2 seats are missing

Why do they have desks?? Only the DOM has a desk and he's never at it...............to busy on IPS and prep

Why do they have desks??

Saves them carrying the cups, far less strenous when they have a level surface to put it on.

They have desks for their computers so they can check any fleabay purchases, holiday costs for when they get their next bonus and any sports transfers or football news.

Computers There's one in the office that is used for everything.............and as I said no time for checking out e-bay etc. because they're doing our work
