Ive decided to leave and get another job. My last week at Royal Mail is next week and im over the moon as van sharing comes in the day I leave!!! How about that for timing!
New job is 12k pa more than Royal Mail and a final salary pension - wont have to do overtime to make ends meet and wont have to work my day off which means i can finally see my new born whole days at a time.
Cant say its been fun but the excercise has been a bonus.
Good luck to all those who stick with it - that company is at breaking point so i'd jump ship if youre under 40.
Just want to say thanks to the guys that run this site. You provide a great service and a few laughs so keep it up.
