Deliveries after ATOS

I was injured on duty about 9 weeks ago and ATOS advised that when I went back to work (after 2 week absence to let bone heal) I gradually increase my workload in quarter of a walk increments. I am Part time on a 25 hour contract starting at 9. I have been kept indoors, starting at 7 for the past 7 weeks instead of out on delivery as it suits the dom at the moment. I would like to get back on delivery instead of throwing walks off, D2D's and caller office duties.
Can anyone tell me where I stand regarding getting back out on delivery.

That's how I thought it should work but he isn't following their directive, instead he is getting me in early to throw walks off, D2D's, callers office etc. I'm not sure where I stand regarding this. Can he keep me indoors instead of on a delivery?

you should have a paper copy of the ATOS report.

it is a rehab plan and should be carried out to the letter.
