holidays for 15 years service

Hi everyone,i'm coming up to 15 years service as a postie so could someone please comfirm if i get more holidays for 15 years service and how much i get, cause i bloody deserve it, lasting this long

i have been with royal mail for 15 years in june just gone. i have 4 1/2 weeks per year but purchase a week and a half to make it up to 6 weeks per year in total,should i be getting more annual leave,we dont have a union rep in our office,we get told nothing.if anyone knows please let me know.

You won't get more leave...6 weeks is the max.
You will just pay less for your purchased leave because your only buying 4 days now instead of 6 and a half.

Divide by 5 then multiply by 4.
