my area has justed released a leaked letter to managers to save 5% by 1 st october and he gives the way to do it one of the ways if you have to have a hostipal/doctors appointment
you have to come back afterwards and work a collection duty to make the hours up we where asked to save on a collection 3 weeks ago the phg looked at it and came up with a plan
which the collectors looked and put forward some changes which where knocked back but now we found out about this letter their can stick the changes where the sun does not shine
save money our managers got their bonus we dont count that money do we. few weeks back our area manager tolds to our faces no more savings this just shows either the top managers are not talking to each other or their are bare faced liers
