Postmen cutting off with p/l

if you cut off with a bad walk in our office you are watched whilst sorting and throwing off , asked to speed up.
If you say you will go over and finish your walk you are the DOM's best mate.
What pees me off is that we get all the sh*t when we cut off at 2.15pm but others with easier walks who finish early and do docket before their finish time of 2.15pm are allowed to get away with it.
Asked for a walk test next week but was told no because it will be heavy next week with the bank holiday

Classic intimidation tactics i used to have this on a daily basis when pegasus was first used to time walks had a manager follow me round delivery took 4.5hrs they then removed extra that pegusus put on my round and was timed by union guy at 3.5hrs,arsehole manager was moved to different office soon after

I was thinking along similar lines only yesterday.
Either the idiots do all go on the same bullying & bullshitting course, or the morons share the one and only brain cell they have between them.

When we had Peggie in they did the same bullied staff then we started to test the walks and as soon as a pattern was seen like all the walks tested were 1.30-1.40+ over they left it alone,they tried to say the staff were to slow prepping the walk but as soon as we said about non-calc and their procedure which they could use they left that alone as well.We don't have park and loopy they slung it out so i can't wait for the next bit,i say just learn the procedures and use it against them.

We've been told no more testing, they can't afford it........ How about sending out the lazy gits sitting in the office slagging us off when we've gone out? Saw the lead planner in yesterday, going out delivering large packets

same at my office, the managers try bully tactics because they know there's fk all else they can do about it. Just do your job properly as I am sure you already do and you will probably find you rarely complete under p&l. Managers can't do s**t. How would that look in court..... "well we made an agreement that all employees use these new trolleys and it is now mandatory that they do so and the bastard actually used it so we sacked him"

I just tell my manager "I'm not going over what would you like me to do" after he scratches his head then I tell him "the ball is in your court I will be back here at 2.30pm come what may" He try’s this thing about you have told me this at 9 45 am which is unacceptable but if you tell him at 8. 30 he will say “its only early yet you might be out sooner than you think.
You cant win with them but I brought mail back on several occasions as long as you tell them in front of a colleague who will back you up. Many a time I expected to be in the office next morning about it but they bottle it, because they know your right. To many posties are s**t scared to do this..

of course they say its too early
so I ask how they know we have time to lapse at that point
