Same in my DO. DIMs really clamping down on the OT. Keeps giving us a sob story about how short of cash the Business is. OK if you're Full Time but all the Part Timers we've taken on ready for the Revision (Which they've now Suspended) are now all scratching around trying to find a few hours extra to help pay the rent! Funnily enough the Bank manager doesn't really care about RMs cashflow problems...he's just worried about mine!

why would they care?

afternoon phg runs our place when the manager goes,and according to him its his arse on the line when rounds fail and suchlike,real company man cant see him making old bones the way he frets,he also mans the callers and looks after the afternoon sa,s (u can stick his job for what an extra 30 quid a week)

mails been down this week, no door to doors, totally underworked apart from the zillion billion packets, but they don't count do they.

I cut off yesterday, this morning I was asked if I would complete so I shrugged my shoulders and said 'dunno'. Then the bribe of leave the large packets. Completed but ended up booking because my P & L partner fell over on the last loop, cut his hand up and bashed his hip.....guess he'll be off tomorrow. Its been heavy for the past couple of weeks, Studio catalogues have'nt helped.
