What is Guidelines on seconds per call

Hi just returned from holiday and within 1hr was called into office to be put on NCI procedure(non Culpabale Inefficeiency)
Over a 3 month period, one of the procedures quoted was that each delivery point must only take 30 seconds is this right as I mentioned to my dom that a lot of my adresses have long driveways and dead ground so they take longer he says it averages out, I don't belive this, and have to inprove on 30 seconds

Today I was prep tested but not a 1 minute test but over the whole period of getting the frame preped and bagged up.

It seems to me that because he was unable to coduct me on the previous of going slow he is now using this procedure.

Tomorrow he says he is coming out with me to watch me do part of my delivery, it just beggrs bekief that for 21 yrs can do the job ok and now they keep coming up with other means of trying to get you out and yet this procedure is suppose to be councilling you , I think not.

Good Luck with the H & B! I agree he shouldn't be giving you a "Prep Test" over the whole of your Duty Prep! One minute Only. What's you're Rep doing?

never mind testing your ability, tell him to show you how to do it and you time him. works both ways i don't think!!
