Is there a cut off for doing RTW's after sickness? I was off for a couple of days the week before last and still havent had my RTW. Its f*cking daft as the first question will be "are you fit to return?" Load of old bollocks.

It appears to be common practice to not receive a return to work interview.

I have never had one, yet I still got a stage one for time off !!

It used to be within 24hrs or the following working day at a weekend. Mind you they seem to be making the rules up as they go alone these days. :roll:

Can't have RTW interviews interfering with managers lapsing allocations and coffee/fag/sausage roll breaks can we?

Pointless though they are, they used to be dead keen on RTW interviews - obviously these things are not flavour of the month any more in gaffer world.

i was sick a couple of weeks ago i had my rtw interview almost as soon as i walked in the door. boss explained they are meant to be completed within 3 hours of returning to work
