I work on a job share basis 24 hours per week spread over three days. I used to qualify for time off in lieu if i was off on a bank holiday however i have now been told i no longer qualify for time off in lieu as i do not work 4 days a week. My rep had told me this is correct however i am not quite sure and would like some advice on the matter.

Re: Bank Holidays
I would say it's pretty much correct but awaiting clarification myself
Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

Re: Bank Holidays
I'd like to know if RM include pro-rata in your holidays regarding Bank holidays?

Re: Bank Holidays
If I am getting you right here...
Sorta, you get your usual contractual hours back as a day off. You get the same amount of days off though.
