Got back to the DO today to find that one of the IPS frames were now filled with everyone's redi packs. Apparently our office is now on 'national alert' (or somet such wording) for complaint levels and this is seen as one way of reducing them. So one IPS frame is marked 'IN', you do your redis and then put the packs in the adjacent frame marked 'DONE'. Was talking to the cover lino and apparently this has 'helped' other offices with high complaint levels. Has anyone else had experience of this system?
Apart from the drivers, I'm the only one who comes back to the DO (it's on me way home). Looking forward to some fun and games tomorrow when it's sprung on everyone

Cheers postman. Looks like two of what have been up to now, IPS sorting frames, will now be used to hold each duty's redi packs. One before, and one after you've done them. More time added, lovely.
I suppose we can thank a winning combination of worried management and incompetent colleagues for this

We only have the one frame per area, no ins/outs.....so the if the re-di's get missed the managers don't even notice

How long does it take you to them each day? Does the lino take account of this? Posh or scuffy area?
Been a few added to mine recently with the summer movers, and am up to 25, which is definitely in the top 20% for our section

not getting a true reflect just yet as its summertime and as you all know we have a little more indoor time at the moment, instead of me getting more indoor absortion work, there leaving me to it. (i only been on this walk for 3 months). lets wait till it gets to oct/nov... then see what they got to say.

This is the way it was always supposed to be done in our office, a few of the full timers who had their own walks kept them on their frames tho.
