Were they late?
Basically they have to work to their time. And nothing else.
I believe the covers and reserves had not done their quota,Or even touched them, it's had someone new on the delivery each day. Then suddenly the lot is placed onto one person who had done their 16% on other duties every day elsewhere.
Totally unfair treatment.
Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

IIt's only an issue if there are..
A) Problems with weight on delivery....which leads on to....
B) Problems with completing on time.
to me its the principle that, its not fair and happens a lot in our office as well to reserves and people coming in to cover duties, but not totally against the rules, but last week we had a a delivery with no one on it everyday until sat and the management had to take it between then and guess what, 3 sets of d2d left all week until all were boxed in on a sat.... mangers claimed they did not know they were under the fitting!!!

I was only thinking alongside the 16% even morality route but I do see your point. Seems unfair that four different people just don't bother taking them and suddenly the burden is placed entirely onto one individual.
It's also difficult to judge how much to leave with a 100% call rate.

I don't think it's fair either Pat but fair and morality are difficult things for a rep to work with....as are the guidelines on 16% D2D per day.
Fair is for everybody in the D.O. to work to their time but try getting half of your colleagues to back you on that one.
I wouldn't advise anyone to refuse to deliver them if they will be finishing 1 minute early.
It can and will get messy.
What the Rep should be doing Fish is putting in a stage 1 Dis, On the grounds That the Manager is not treating everyone evenly and that basically he has harrassed this one individuall into doing what others have not been asked to do.
Also, on the subject of refusing to do what you are asked, I'm with you on that because as you said if you finish early the Poo will hit the fan.
