This was always going to happen, nothing will change until the current lot of managers go and are replaced with people who can do the job instead of just blindly following cost cutting instructions.

Several offices in Notts are at disagreement of one sort or another , two offices were ready to have I/A ballots. Theres not been a good relationship between reps and Doms or the DSM for several years and now with execative action being implemented in many of the DOs it came to a head when a Rep was suspended.

So having heard Wardy and Kelly, how probable or improbable do you think a ballot for IA is now on the West Coast of Scotland?
