Heres what you do when the new rounds come in:

1) Work your contracted hours
2) If you cant complete, cut off or claim.

Perhaps it will get worse jimmy, the CSS machines will be set up for your current rounds so the computer program will have to be changed to fit the new deliveries I would imagine, now will that be pre or post revision. Is your second lift sequenced or just sorted from the machines? If it is only sorted then you will have time deducted for the sequenced second lift...................yep life's a bitch and then it just gets worse.

They did almost exactly the same thing to my old round shifted start/finish points to make it HCT round made it 4.5 hrs-5hrs delivery plus 30 minutes lapsing and some mug signed for it cos he doesn't want to work in van with other people lol

100% agree - they cant sack you for doing the job properly
Dont ever get stressed over it we all know they are trying to make our jobs undo-able
Just smile and tell your DOM each day - you ve not got time for lapsing and you will have to cut off your own duty simple!

our p & l went in last november absolute chaos !!! had more hours put into the office recently but still not working even with this being our supposed quiet time of the year we had managers galore from local offices out on the streets just last week doing what we left in the frames !!! virtually all goodwill from us posties has disappeared (mostly by b & h) but it is the new & modern way forward introduced by those very clever senior managers in RM nevermind won't be long till the catalogues start rolling in then its christmas !!!
