Do you think our workload will be reduced due to riots on letters especially ebay stuff. But again it might increase online orders due to people not going to shops.

Depends if the rioters start burning down mail centres. Never know, what are the chances one in London might "conveniently" get torched? Then Royal Mail can say "oh dear we will have to transfer operations to other centres while we rebuild it", then never actually get round to it and close it instead after a year.
