orthotics gel insoles

hi folks just wonder if anyone uses these and if you can recomed any specif ones seems to be loads to choose from thanks

i use them as a result off a accedent on delivery to my foot they are good tou use out of work but not much use for the job we do to much walking

Tried them because the physio said they may help with my damaged knees , £23 wasted IMHO .

Go and get them made for you, get your doctor to refer you to a podiatrist/gait specialist.

can you get them fitted and then guaranteed to last for four hours continuous walking every day?
i think they are great for joe public for easing pain and aiding recovery but just not durable enough for us.

go to your doctor and ask about the specialist/podiatry route.

you may well have one leg (or foot) longer (bigger) thatn the other one, and the podiatrists take plaster casts of your feet and make the insoles to your tailored requirement.

the factory ones are ok, but they can be hit or miss.
