That happens in my office too. You sign for one thing but when the timesheets come round for signing you seem to lose half an hour. The reason? A bloke on light duties is prepping part of the walk. This isn't mentioned until you have to sign for the hours.

what about if you KNOW he is falsifying figures on mail failures and d2d returns, would they be interested. after all, it IS fraud. possibly for personal gain, ie promotion, but they probably condone that.

I had to attend an interview with IB a while back in my role as a rep. I got the impression from the questions they were asking the 'interviewee' they were looking for a managers name........if you know what I mean. I don't know how these 'interviews' are normally conducted but it was very informal and appeared to be just a fact finding exercise.

If he is reducing your overtime hours to enhance his bonus, is that not regarded as fraud.
