HCT advice anyone ?

Hi, Im not going to reveal what office i am from as no doubt our hitler of a sector manager will no doubt be scanning these posts for ammo to use against us !
My office is now in its 5th week of the revision and as expected is a complete farce with managers in denial and harrassing you to complete walks otherwise threatened with the
conduct code, office clearly failing big time on a very quiet period, whats it gonna be like at christmas people haha melt down if its anything like last year but again all managers have the same attitude when promt with the question of "we shall worry about that when it comes" !!! well its coming retar ds !!
My question is this, as i am not fortunate be further up the seniority list i only had a choice of 4 duties and the best out of a very bad bunch was a HCT duty. The duty took me today on a dead easy day 3hours 20 and i have half hour travelling time to push the slug of a trolly the 3/4 mile up hill to the start point from the office ( first day i did it 5 weeks ago i got a blister on my heel before i had even started, not good) and i have been cutting off at 4 hours on the busy days as that is the expected delivery period for the walk and they can kiss my bumhole if they think im working over for them. By the time i am finished i am absolutely beat, our office has said that under no circumstances are you allowed to use your cars for deliveries ? yes fair point ok but i have a trailer in my back garden and i could easily use that to drive my trolley down to the walk and bring it back again ? fair enough if i was a militant i should say no i have to push it there and back as its whats expected and has been accounted for but as im in my 50's im going to have a heart attack ! i can see the grim reaper hanging around my walk just waiting? Would they be able to stop me and on what grounds ? im not using my car to deliver from am i ??? What ya think people ??

DO NOT USE YOUR CAR..... "I'm only using it for this reason or that reason" is probably the main cause of this shitty mess were in now!

Walk, deliver what you can, cut-off, job done!

Has the walk been properly risk assessed for the HCT?
I would suggest that at 3/4 of a mile uphill...it hasn't.
Get your H&S rep on the case or your Area H&S rep.
It may be that you and your HCT need official RM conveyance to your first delivery point.

You could see if a driver could drop you off. Just need a ramp to get in back of van.

A little tip.
Don't load the HCT until it's off the van.

They call it accelerated delivery round here!
normally you have to be 1 mile first drop from the office
but i should think 3/4 mile uphill would qualify!
i dont know exactly what the agreement says but thats how we do it.
