I honestly find that I feel better off for having a day off in the middle of the week, preferably one of the heavier days, rather than having Saturday off. The accumulated wear of working five days in a row in this job is horrendous. I feel as if I've been run over by a bus when I do five days in a row.

Must say the 5 weeks of 6 days then week off is far more attractive!!!

I have 4 sats off........in one year! And then thats only as i book it for holiday.
