I am a full-time permanent postie, I am interested in going to college for an evening course but the hours i get stuck with sometimes is 10.30-18.30
which means i cant get away in time.
Do royal mail take things like this into account if its for educational purposes and allow u to do early shifts instead of being stuck with hybrid duties etc
any information would be gratefully received
