cwu headquarters,are they up to the job?

i put a complaint into head quarters after going through my branch,regarding the conduct of 2 union officals,on the 30th march 2011, reply was
1-its getting investigated by a high up union offical who will be intouch with you----err still waiting
2-after no reply i contact london by phone--i get email saying they are busy but will be back in touch soon-------that was about 3 weeks ago /still waiting
now if this was just a run of the mill complaint then fair enough but it wasnt,
now due to the nature of the complaint i wonder if they would prefer to deal with me or read about it in the press.absolute disgrace that i havnt been answered yet,ps dont tell me to contact them, as i have continually through email and phone,makes you wonder if they are up to the job,hence the post
