romec redunancy help

can anybody help .Ive been accepted for romec redunancy
what help can i get in making a decision
i have one week to sign letter
have looked on cwu site no help there
have spoken to my rep on phone and really not enough info forthcomin
what should i ask
what help lookin for job
any question i should ask?

anyway took years monies
now they are messing with my holidays will they pay
yes they say now they say no.
so if my final day of work is 31 july
and i have 27 days hol plus 5 days carried over
and i have taken 6 days already
what hols am i entitled to?
my hols starts 1 april

100ft, i thought you might have had at least one reply.

all hols due should be paid up AFAIK.

somebody must be up on romec agreements, they always seem to end up on here.

In the 4 months from 1st April to 31st July you will have accrued 27/12 x 4 = 9 days
Added to your 5 days carried over and minus the 6 days you have taken should leave you with 8 days outstanding.

thats what i thought
my manager tried to make me work more
so i asked for it in writing
he would not
not helped my union rep agreeing with him.
then my manager lying about the exact final date
anyways finished now
until payslip
would like to fight it but job hAS made me ill
