heard from another rep,not cumbernauld but close :neutral: ...that the situation was over lapsing.
They had an agreement to lapse two duties but management thought that 4 was a better number.
Don't you just love managers and their own special definition of agreement? :roll:

And what's with the title PM?....Cumberlamd :left:
