Depends if you are full time or part time.
Having a 25 hr contract I can work up to 15 hrs overtime and not get a penny over my standard rate.

I think it's 'slightly' gone up with the new pay deal,haven't done docket for yonks but it must be £9.30summin for 1st 10 hrs then down a pound an hr after that.

The rates are.
Weekday overtime 1st 10 hours = £9.54
Over ten hours i'm not sure, buy its less...something like £8.60?
Scheduled attendance overtime (not affected by working over 10 hours) = £9.81

But you have to work over 40 hrs in any week for the upper rate to apply, even if you are part time.

If your on P&L it is now up 39hrs before the enhanced rate.

If you have a contract less than 40 hours, you get "SSPR" which is ~£9.62 until you reach 40 hours, so that gross pay falls in line with a full-timer getting the full "Delery supplement."NewPostieUK wrote:Depends if you are full time or part time.

After 40 hours, overtime rate is ~£9.42 for everyone.
