How do you indentify a test letter? Help

Gathering info for a conduct appeal,
Are there any identifying marks on a RM test letter?

in our DO they are usually in a white envelope (half A4 size) whatever thats called?

in the top RH of the envelope there is-

Royal Mail
HQRM
first

top left has the RM logo and they are hand written.

no really any identifying features but i always spot them when prepping my duty.

The Do Not Redirect test letters have a return address in Nottingham (I think)
The green ink is slightly lighter than normal.

The test letter is an RFID item, which has a chip and triggers when it passes under the RFID scanners which hang above DO doors. They are posted by RM in Post boxes and monitor collection mail.

Is there any way of indentifying these letters, which are I suppose addressed to RM Mail Centres.

Surely all test letters should be unidentifiable, otherwise..........what's the point?
Next thing you know, managers will be identifying panellists and falsifying the Q of S figures.

From memory,haven't seen them in a while they used to come down is a special bag,the manager would just tip the bag out onto the IPS.

Is it the collection ones, the ones that check the times that the lift is made at the correct time....................even then I would assume they are not identifiable otherwise what would be the point

And they'd have a wee lump in the envelope where the RFID is

Most duties will have one or two addresses where test letters will be regularly sent to and from. They also receive letters from RM testing services, or whatever they're called, containing several rfid devices for sending on. I know the return address shown on these envelopes but I don't know whether I should post it here. Maybe one of the moderators could advise.
