Surely the answer is yes. I've been to ATOS and they haven't got a clue, I got a letter about my 'back injury' after i'd been to see them - it was actually my bad knees I was there for.

your doctor does talk your area health and safety rep though. i have been to see atos doctor and numerous phone calls due to my reynauds disease in the end i was told to get my doctor to wright down my symptoms and how it would effect my work in the end.hope that helps you
