get your union rep to do some work, put in writting when will you receieve your 200 quid if nothing still happens

give management 1 months notice that if still no payment you will return to your old duties.

ask to see your area rep at a meeting in your office explain whats happened and put in a stage one dissagreement.

you lost your share money dont lose anymore.

Its £1000 in total over the whole life of the agreement made up of £600 + £200 and then a single £200.

The double payment is for a revision that includes Walk Sequencing being taken into account, with the £200 coming 6 weeks after the £600

The single £200 is for the first non sequenced revision of any type which can be before or after the WS revision.

All figures are prorata and based on contracted hours + overtime up to a combined total of 40 hours over the previous 12 months.

Just give me a FT contract and they can stick their money up their ass! I'll make the money up with Overtime. At least then I'll know when it's going into my bank! I'm getting fed up with scratching around trying to make ends met. It involves too much ass kissing for my liking!

True blue- you seem clued up can you tell me.... In my office we have had the revision and walk sequencing but now our area manager is saying we will recieve no payments until "method" delivery is introduced (p&l)
Is this right? Can they yet again shift the goalposts? Thanks in advance

Ebbzie what revision have you had,also just having walk sequencing mail does not trigger a payment,you have to have a revision with it...

Annex C
Transformation Lump Sum Payments and Shorter Working Week
Delivery
Applicable to all Delivery Units including SPDO’s.
Lump Sums
The payment of £1,000 (pro rata for part time employees) consisting of 3 lump sums will be paid as follows.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of their first non walk sequencing revision.
£600 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of the walk sequencing revision.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit when the Walk Sequencing revision has been implemented, and objectives achieved in line with the local agreement and no later than the end of the 6 week bedding in period.
SPDOs
All SPDOs will receive the £600 and £200 payments in line with their parent delivery unit.
Shorter Working Week
To be implemented in all Delivery Units in line with the Walk Sequencing revision.
