i been stressed out for 3 weeks and told both managers nothing just a is that all the mail you have in your frame .
and after getting moved onto a different round the pressure and stress took it,s toll i posted a special through the correct door not realasing untill back at the office . me been honest told the managers that i,d forgotton to get a signature . we,ll you,ll have to go down the conduct code and with it been a special you could get sacked .i offered to go back out to get the signature but was told it was too late . next day my rep and me were interviewed and my rep informed me that because it was me they would try and finish me . he told me to go out and get the signature on a piece of paper anyway i also told the lady and she came to the office to sign for the special and even although the manager was in the phg office covering and had a photo copy as evidence told the lady i didn,t matter . these are the same two managers with previous against myself i only wished i,d put a greivence in last time . also we have evidence that 4 people in our office have lost specials and only had a slapped wrist but because it,s me i,m walking the plank there is loads more but i dont want to put it up here just in case the swines are reading this
