I am a collections driver and get fed up with empting boxes with crossed out addresses and a new address next to it ! Why the heck do we do this for free ? You post a letter from A to B end off .Then you can cross it out and send it for free to another address! No wonder RM losing money ?

same here mate, a loop hole that could be closed and should be, its getting to be more and more people that are doing it, they should be charged. What other company would let you pay for a service then let you use it again for free, come on Moya! you moan about some of the regulations that we have to work under, well it's about time you did something about this.

I have a customer that has her mail redirected in this way for over a year, keep putting the stickers on it advising her to use redirection, why would she when she can get it for free.

Totally agree and ive been banging away at this for about 20 years.

Its even worse when you have to deliver the crap when a new owner moves in and drops about 50 letters in the post

Any with a crossed out address and a new one next to it , should be killed of and return to sender. Addresse gone away. We must be doing millions of free redirctions every day?

Not only do these people get a free re-direction, with the bar codes printed on the letters, the blinking things keep coming back to your frame the next day.

It's part of our Universal Service Obligation to deliver them unless they're being re-directed by businesses.
