uniform returns

hi,,,couple of weeks ago we were all issued with the new red uniform after filling in the size forms,,,mine came but the pants were all to big,,,so i bagged them up filled in the return form and gave it to our D.O.M
this morning 10 days later i sees the bag still in his office,,,he was day off today, so i asked his assistant are my new uns on the way,,,,his reply was strange..(nowt new there LOL),,,he said i was meant to bag up ,,, label and return to dimensions any unfit uniform and sort out the new size myself?
weve always gone through the DOM...so i asked were to send it,,,,he said all the instructions were given with the new uniform,,,,err no they werent,,,,and i was to pass the return package to the PHG ?????? who would send it through the internal system,,,LOL,,,,so i asked the PHG and he thought i was messing,,,and it was the 1st hes heard LOL.

Anybody any ideas,,,do u know the return address for dimensions,,,,,pound to a penny the dom has me in the office for not having correct uniform on LOL

nothing is returned at our DO, any spare goes in a cupboard and if anything fits your welcome to it.

dimentions only need the ok from your dom to issue more uniform.

mine came but the pants were all too big

I never got any pants with my new uniform.

well thats what we normally do,,,throw the unfit stuff in a box and its a free for all,,,but this was a new idea this morn,,,LOL

sorry its a country wide site,,,,i should have put,,,, pants / trousers / kex`s please add anymore that ive missed LOL

Phone the uniform line up again and order some more,make sure there is a screw in the office though while you do it for conformation.

Can't do that anymore, all uniform must be ordered through the 'uniform champion' by e-mail except footwear which can only be ordered by the manager (and only 3 at a time).
