I don't work in Dundee but I do know the calibre of managers because NI and Scotland seem to have inter-changable managers

Weve had 8 managers here since Xmas,when 3 has been the norm,and in the last 6 weeks,theyv ill health retired 3 senior lads,sacked 2 and one lad has transferred,no wonder its a shambles,reckon in the last year we have lost over a dozen staff,none replaced either,just can't go on like this,soon be Xmas again,and time for another 2 buses of agency thiefs lol

Still the usual suspects going home up to 3 hours before their finish time whilst other staff who can't complete their deliveries are being bullied

ive heard from a senior management position.... that p&l and all that is happening was planned to fail, fail, costing millions.... also too run out of money..... it's been planned from the top... thats why it's all failing....... you don't think management are stupid,,,,, it's been put across to everyone in ROYAL MAIL that management are idiots.... thust me they know what they are doing and its being decimated for a reason.............
