What about the coppers taking bungs from the media? I mean sitting on evidence of criminal wrongdoing for five years,and not prosecuting, who made that decision? chief constables or the CPS ? Are they independent or do they do some politicians bidding ? who appoints and discharges them? Just how much money changed hands? For what? and where does it end? Thats how the world rolls, aint it? Why does it have to be corruption? deals get made all the time - its called compromise/negotiation, of course the cwu members are going to get better deals they (hopefully) have someone with good connections representing them. Let me add i do not condone financial gain from deals though, thats different and there has to be a system to even out earnings potential.

already started at our place, manager has got £50,000 + for voluntary redundancy hes two years from retirement, where did the money come from when RM is broke.... i tell you where colleague share fund. He left with a big smile on his face and now we all know why. Cheeky feeker and the other managers wanted us to have a whip round for him (i dont think so he got nothing from me not even a goodbye and good luck) wish my last two working years could be paid for and then retire fat chance as im only a postie.
